Workflow System Instant Table Creation and Field Mapping On this page, you are ready to match the form fields to Access, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL database fields. If the tables do not already exist, simply select each form table (grouping of form fields) in Step 1 and press the button circled in red in Step 2.
This will build the tables on the fly, naming it and its fields after what is in the form, and then map it to the database. The mapping appears under Step 3 below:
If the table already exists, you can select the matching table under step 2 and
link individual fields.
