Once open, the program automatically takes the applicants to the form download page where they receive downloading instructions. To begin, they press the large button on the bottom.

Once the button is pressed, the Generic Resume form will appear. On the computer screen, it is arranged like a resume. However, instead of free-flowing text, the information is captured in specific fields which integrate seamlessly into a relational database. Strategically placed buttons give users the ability to add and remove sections at will, and drop-down boxes speed the data entry process. On printing,  all the buttons, lines, and colors disappear, and it looks like a standard resume. When the candidates finish, they forward the document to the recruiter by email attachment.
